The plan provides an accounting of each individual member's monthly contribution. All monies are invested together to maximize earnings as well as protecting the overall integrity of the Trust. Both Union and Employer Trustees monitor this Pension Trust. The plan currently allows for self directed investments if the member chooses to do so. Currently, each member has the right to request a transfer or cash payout of their pension amount after leaving covered employment for the period of 18 months. This is a non-vesting program.
